How long does processing take?

  • Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from business days. If your order will be delayed, you will receive an email from us stating when to expect your order. If an item you ordered becomes out of stock, you will also receive an email with refund information.

If I put the wrong address, what do I do?

  • Unfortunately, we won't be able to correct the address on an order once it has been processed and shipped out.
  • If you have not received an order shipped email, you can update your address by emailing us at support@djaneeboutique.shop. We would be happy to assist.
